Dear Colleagues,
Please kindly note that the MESRS has circulated in the past days the following message to Universities and Research Institutes in order to collect project ideas to be eventually developed into applications for the Horizon Europe Programme, or other EU Programmes:

Basic form Link : https://forms.gle/RydRQ2vMBrh5bJrQ6 .

During the training sessions that we held in Algiers, Annaba, Tiaret and Tlemcen Universities and in which participants from many other Universities were present, you prepared draft project proposals that can be utilised to approach EU and Mediterranean institutions in order to enter/create partnerships finalised to the submission of full proposals for the coming calls of the Horizon Europe and of other EU programmes.

We have already approached some prospective partners in EU and Mediterranean countries, who are interested to form partnerships with Algerian Universities and Research Institutes. It is therefore very important that you respond to the MESRS request within the set deadline, which is set by tomorrow the 28th of February.

Accoding to the information I received from the IPTICAR project coordination, you should have received the above request for information on project proposals by the MESRS, through your respective Rectorates. Anyway, I would like to make sure that you receive this information before the deadline is closed.
The answer must be given filling the on line forms reachable via the links indicated in the MESRS message.

The 4 drafts project proposals that we prepared together during the training sessions, in my view all deserve to be reported in the links given by the MESRS, you can use the presentations that you prepared during the training sessions to fill the forms in the links indicated by the MESRS. Should you have questions do not hesitate to contact me.

Looking forward to receiving your news
